Description: Grilled artichokes with stems flavoured with olive oil, sunflower seed oil, salt and herbs (parsley, garlic), grilled according to the traditional method.
Use: Ideal as a side dish for meat or fish. They are recommended for special pizzas since they are not half-cooked in vinegar, for hot toasts and sandwiches, can be served with grilled meats or hamburgers.
