NOSE: Intense fragrance with a vegetal note, characteristic of the rhubarb rhizome.
PALATE: Pleasant, intense with a typical bitter finish.
SERVING SUGGESTION: With the addition of soda water and a lemon peel it makes a typical
Italian aperitivo. Served straight it is an excellent digestive. Can also be served heated.
