This is a basic cream with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP that gives body and density to the balsamic vinegar and is used for garnishing, decorating and enhancing creative and delicious recipes.

Ingredients: Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP (wine vinegar, cooked grape must), glucose syrup, modified corn starch. Contains sulphites.

Serving suggestions: As an addition to sweet ricotta, potatoes and green beans, meat balls or poached meats, omelets and smoked ham also used for fruit tarts, cakes, pastries and parfaits.
