Vabro mill has developed a control system that covers the whole manufacturing process, from the raw materials to the final product, so that every customer receives a product of guaranteed quality standard. Vabro extra virgin olive oil, with its special taste and scent, is obtained by olives directly hand-picked from the tree and then put into an old mill with big granite wheels. Vabro extra virgin olive oil is the result of a cold extraction, a very important process to preserve the original characteristics and the nutritional values of olives.
