The white of fresh chicken eggs that have been shelled, pasteurized and homogenized. To preserve the quality of the product keep it between 0 and +4 C. The Ovito egg products are fresh "A category" eggs that are shelled and then pasteurised. The product that is obtained is packaged in this format of 1 Lt that meets several needs of the consumers. All the production is certified with the highest quality standards.
