Rustic product linked to the Emila Romagna tradition, made from pigs bred in Italy. Skin-on pancetta which, after a light seasoning, is sewn and pressed between two fir wood slats. It is completely hand processed. After a lengthy maturation process, its taste becomes delicate and lightly spicy.
