Vinification: manual harvesting, controlled temperaturefermentation followed by maceration in stainless steel vats. Refined in Slavonic oak barrels for at least 3months

Colour - ruby red with violet hues

Bouquet - full and lingering with pleasing notes of fruit and brushwood

Flavour - Dry and lasting, pleasing hints of red berry and mineral that express the balance between

tannins and acidity

Food pairing - pairs well with grilled and roasted meats

Alcohol: 13% Vol

Recommended serving temperature is 16°-18° C.
